1. The offer is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, who have purchased a Palm Pre handset from the Carphone Warehouse within the promotional period of 26th December 2009 and 28th February 2010 and have completed and submitted, along with their valid receipt, the printed in-store or online registration form found at www.palmpreflightoffer.co.uk . Offer excludes employees of Palm Inc and Palm Europe Ltd, their families or anyone professionally connected to the promotion or their families. Entrants must have a valid email and postal address to participate.
2. Only one Flight Voucher may be used per qualifying customer.
3. All bookings must be made a minimum of 30 days prior to travel.
4. The Flight Voucher entitles the qualified holder, to two economy class return tickets from any major UK airport (Gatwick, Heathrow, Luton, Stansted, London City, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Liverpool, Edinburgh, Glasgow & Cardiff) to one of the following destinations: Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam, Dublin, Madrid, Berlin, Nice, Warsaw, Munich, Prague, Budapest, Frankfurt or Geneva. Regional departures are available where direct services operate Indirect services are available but may incur a supplement. Flights are inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fuel, surcharges and passenger service charges.
5. The voucher holder will be responsible for arranging all travel to and from the airports and any necessary overnight accommodation and all costs associated with this.
6. Applications can be submitted from the promotion start date of 26th December 2009; however applicants need to allow 28 days before being contacted to confirm their flights. The final date that we must receive applications is 1st April 2010 and all travel bookings must be confirmed by 30th April 2010. Travel must be completed by 31st December 2010. You will be required when booking to provide the required destination and 3 dates of which you would like to travel in order of preference. Every effort will be made to accommodate your flight requirement. If only one of your date selections is available you will be automatically allocated that. In the event that one or more dates are available you will be allocated a flight as available in order of your expressed preference. However, dates are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed so you are strongly advised to book early.
7. If none of the selected dates are available P&MM Ltd will use its reasonable endeavours to propose alternative dates. If agreement cannot be reached informally, P&MM Ltd will offer not less than three alternative options for any available dates at least two weeks apart and if you do not accept one of those options and/or you fail to confirm your selection within 28 days from the time such options were made available to you, whichever the earlier, then the voucher becomes void.
8. Flights are strictly subject to the availability of the scheduled airline as nominated by P&MM Ltd. 9. Additional return tickets to the chosen/agreed destination on the same flights may be purchased for additional passengers up to a maximum of 3 at the time of booking only for £79 per ticket excluding all taxes and charges and subject to availability.
10. Once the booking is confirmed passengers’ and flight details are non changeable. Passengers travelling under this offer must travel together on the same flights both outbound and inbound.
11. All bookings must include a minimum one overnight stay and cannot exceed a 28 day stay.
12. Please note that if the handset is returned and contract cancelled this flight offer will not be valid.
13. Bookings will not be made within the first 28 days of your contract agreement.
14. Valid passports are the responsibility and cost of the applicant and any travel companions. The applicant will be responsible for supplying valid passports and, where necessary, visas. It is strongly recommended that travellers take out adequate travel insurance.
15. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and with the exception of liability arising either from fraud, or from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Palm or its employees, Palm excludes all liability howsoever arising connected with the Prize Draw and all warranties, conditions, undertakings, terms and obligations implied by law (whether by statue, common law or otherwise)
16. Palm Europe reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions of the offer at any time.
Making your booking17. All bookings must be made by post, by completing and sending a copy of the printed in store or online booking request form, plus proof of purchase (copy accepted) to the address detailed on the promotional website: www.palmpreflightoffer.co.uk .
18. Delayed, damaged or tampered documents and those that are not in accordance with the terms and conditions will not be accepted. Proof of posting is not accepted as proof of delivery. P&MM Ltd accept no liability for loss of the Flight Voucher. A booking cannot be guaranteed until your booking form and payment (if applicable) are received.
19. P&MM will confirm by email or telephone which date/destinations have been allocated to you, together with the relevant charges applicable to any additional services that you have requested. Payment for additional service charges and optional costs as set out in conditions 4 are required in full at the time of booking. Payment can be made by debit card (Visa Delta or Maestro) or credit card (Visa or MasterCard only). Payment by credit card will incur a 1.5% surcharge.
20. Once a flight booking has been made, your contract will be with the airline whose terms and conditions apply. P&MM cannot be responsible for any circumstances that may cause you to change or cancel your booking and no cancellation will be accepted after your flights have been confirmed. 21. All reservations are subject to availability.
22. The Flight Voucher is not transferable to any person other than the named contract holder and cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can it be sold to any third parties.
23. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
24. By taking up the offer, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
